charming stay near the station
efficient check-in friendly staff quiet atmosphere
i appreciated the efficient online check-in process i completed before arrival. i found the hotel surprisingly quiet, though street noise woke me briefly one night (it was around midnight). the staff were friendly at check-out, and i liked that everything was straightforward.
it was not a pleasant sight, and it did detract somewhat from the overall experience of the room.

convenient location train station room upgrade unhelpful receptionist late checkout no porter
The location was very convenient. it was a short walk to the train station. shops and restaurants surrounded the hotel. the room upgrade was a nice surprise. It included a kitchenette and seating area.
the receptionist was not very helpful. i requested a late checkout. another receptionist refused to honor the first offer. also, there was no porter available to assist with luggage. the bathroom door did not close properly.

fantastic stay!
short walk friendly staff breakfast variety online check-in
I loved that the hotel was just a short walk from the train station! the room was clean and comfy, and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. breakfast was great, with a nice variety of options available. we really appreciated the pre-arrival online check-in process. It made everything quick and easy.
The bathroom door was a bit difficult to close. It could use a small adjustment.
